The App is provided by the YSRCP Party (the "Client"). The platform and technical services are provided by Samuham and developed by KRMR Solutions Private Limited (contact: hello@krmrsolutions.com).

You may request account deletion via the App or via /delete-account. Deletion requests must be made by the authenticated account holder. Deletion typically follows this flow:
Important: certain information (for example, content posted by other users that references you) may remain in aggregated or anonymized form where removal is not practical.

Services we use (cloud hosting, analytics, payment gateways) may be located outside your country. Where data is transferred internationally, we implement safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or rely on service provider certifications.
The App is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that a child under the applicable age has created an account without parental consent, we will delete the account.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the App or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
